Day 55

James 5:13-16

The Power of Prayer
Are any of you suffering hardships?
You should pray. Are any of you happy?
You should sing praises. Are any of you sick?
You should call for the elders of the church
to come and pray over you, anointing you
with oil in the name of the Lord.
Such a prayer offered in faith will heal the sick,
and the Lord will make you well.
And if you have committed any sins, you will be forgiven.
Confess your sins to each other and pray for each
other so that you may be healed.
The earnest prayer of a righteous person has
great power and produces wonderful results.

Have faith to believe and believe in faith! God will do the rest!

Day 54

Romans 1:16-17

For I am not ashamed of this Good News about Christ.
It is the power of God at work, saving everyone who
believes—the Jew first and also the Gentile.
This Good News tells us how God makes us right in his sight.
This is accomplished from start to finish by faith.
As the Scriptures say, “It is through faith that a righteous person has life.”

2 Timothy 1:5-8

I remember your genuine faith, for you share
the faith that first filled your grandmother
Lois and your mother, Eunice. And I know that
same faith continues strong in you. This is why
I remind you to fan into flames the spiritual gift
God gave you when I laid my hands on you.
For God has not given us a spirit of fear and timidity,
but of power, love, and self-discipline.
So never be ashamed to tell others about our Lord.
And don’t be ashamed of me, either, even though
I’m in prison for him. With the strength God gives you,
be ready to suffer with me for the sake of the Good News.

Tell people about God so all that suffer know they don't have too! He is not a ashamed of you so why are you of Him?

Day 53

2 Corinthians 5:14-21

Either way, Christ’s love controls us.
Since we believe that Christ died for all,
we also believe that we have all died to
our old life.He died for everyone so that
those who receive his new life will no
longer live for themselves. Instead,
they will live for Christ, who died and
was raised for them.
So we have stopped evaluating others from
a human point of view. At one time we thought
of Christ merely from a human point of view.
How differently we know him now! This means
that anyone who belongs to Christ has become
a new person. The old life is gone; a new life has begun!
And all of this is a gift from God, who brought us back
to himself through Christ. And God has given
us this task of reconciling people to him. For
God was in Christ, reconciling the world to himself,
no longer counting people’s sins against them.
And he gave us this wonderful message of reconciliation.
So we are Christ’s ambassadors; God is making his appeal through us.
We speak for Christ when we plead, “Come back to God!”
For God made Christ, who never sinned, to be the
offering for our sin,so that we could be made right with God through Christ.

Day 52

Ephesians 5:21-24

(Message)
Relationships
Out of respect for Christ, be courteously reverent to one another.
Wives, understand and support your husbands in ways that show your support for Christ. The husband provides leadership to his wife the way Christ does to his church, not by domineering but by cherishing. So just as the church submits to Christ as he exercises such leadership, wives should likewise submit to their husbands.

(NLT)
Spirit-Guided Relationships: Wives and Husbands
And further, submit to one another out of reverence for Christ.
For wives, this means submit to your husbands as to the Lord. For a husband is the head of his wife as Christ is the head of the church. He is the Savior of his body, the church. As the church submits to Christ, so you wives should submit to your husbands in everything.

If we can't love one another the way we should love God then your relationships will fail.
if you truly understand one another with the passion that God understands us you can a will learn understanding for your relationships.
If you trust God with all your heart you to will learn to trust your relationships.
If you believe that all things a possible through God then your relationships will to make it through all things!

It takes having a great relationship with God to make all other relationships work for the greater good!

Day 51

Luke 14:28-30

(NLT)
“But don’t begin until you count the cost.
For who would begin construction of a
building without first calculating the cost
to see if there is enough money to finish it?
Otherwise, you might complete only the
foundation before running out of money,
and then everyone would laugh at you.
They would say, ‘There’s the person who
started that building and couldn’t afford to finish it!’

Today I want you to think about it! do you feel your life doesn't make sense, that you feel lost and alone, well did you ever stop to think how did you build your foundation? What have you put into the relationship with Jesus? Who is holding you up and who is holding you back?

Day 50

Hebrews 12:6-11

New Living Translation (NLT)

For the Lord disciplines those he loves,
and he punishes each one he accepts as his child.”
As you endure this divine discipline,
remember that God is treating you as his own children.
Who ever heard of a child who is never disciplined by its father?
If God doesn’t discipline you as he does all of his children,
it means that you are illegitimate and are not really his children at all.
Since we respected our earthly fathers who disciplined us,
shouldn't we submit even more to the discipline of the
Father of our spirits, and live forever?
For our earthly fathers disciplined us for a few years,
doing the best they knew how. But God’s discipline is
always good for us, so that we might share in his holiness.
No discipline is enjoyable while it is happening—it’s painful!
But afterward there will be a peaceful harvest of
right living for those who are trained in this way.

He is our Father after all! I would want nothing less!

Day 49

Revelation 20:11-15

The Final Judgment
And I saw a great white throne and the one sitting on it.
The earth and sky fled from his presence,
but they found no place to hide. I saw the dead,
both great and small, standing before God’s throne.
And the books were opened, including the Book of Life.
And the dead were judged according to what they had done,
as recorded in the books. The sea gave up its dead,
and death and the grave gave up their dead.
And all were judged according to their deeds.
Then death and the grave were thrown into the lake of fire.
This lake of fire is the second death.
And anyone whose name was not found
recorded in the Book of Life was thrown into the lake of fire.

Where is your FAITH at?

Day 48

2 Corinthians 1:3-7

All praise to God, the Father of our
Lord Jesus Christ. God is our merciful
Father and the source of all comfort.
He comforts us in all our troubles so
that we can comfort others. When
they are troubled, we will be able
to give them the same comfort God
has given us. For the more we suffer
for Christ, the more God will shower
us with his comfort through Christ.
Even when we are weighed down with
troubles, it is for your comfort and
salvation! For when we ourselves are
comforted, we will certainly comfort you.
Then you can patiently endure the
same things we suffer. We are confident
that as you share in our sufferings,
you will also share in the comfort God gives us.

Day 47

2 Corinthians 4:17

For our present troubles are small
and won’t last very long.
Yet they produce for us a glory that
vastly outweighs them and will last forever!

glo·ry/ˈglôrÄ“/

Day 46

1 Thessalonians 3:1-8

Finally, when we could stand it no longer,
we decided to stay alone in Athens,
and we sent Timothy to visit you.
He is our brother and God’s co-worker
in proclaiming the Good News of Christ.
We sent him to strengthen you,
to encourage you in your faith,
and to keep you from being shaken
by the troubles you were going through.
But you know that we are destined for such troubles.
Even while we were with you, we warned
you that troubles would soon come—and they did,
as you well know. That is why, when
I could bear it no longer, I sent Timothy to
find out whether your faith was still strong.
I was afraid that the tempter had gotten the
best of you and that our work had been useless.
But now Timothy has just returned, bringing
us good news about your faith and love.
He reports that you always remember our
visit with joy and that you want to see us
as much as we want to see you.
So we have been greatly encouraged in the
midst of our troubles and suffering,
dear brothers and sisters, because you
have remained strong in your faith.
It gives us new life to know that you are
standing firm in the Lord.

Keep you faith strong one someone will need you to show them God!

Day 45

Romans 5:6-8

When we were utterly helpless,
Christ came at just the right time
and died for us sinners. Now, most
people would not be willing to die
for an upright person, though
someone might perhaps be willing to die for a
person who is especially good.But
God showed his great love for us
by sending Christ to die for us
while we were still sinners.

He loves you so much!

Day 44

Romans 3:23-28

For everyone has sinned;
we all fall short of God’s glorious standard.
Yet God, with undeserved kindness,
declares that we are righteous.
He did this through Christ Jesus
when he freed us from the penalty for our sins.
For God presented Jesus as the sacrifice for sin.
People are made right with God when
they believe that Jesus sacrificed his life,
shedding his blood. This sacrifice shows that
God was being fair when he held back and
did not punish those who sinned in times past,
for he was looking ahead and including them
in what he would do in this present time.
God did this to demonstrate his righteousness,
for he himself is fair and just, and he
declares sinners to be right in his sight
when they believe in Jesus.
Can we boast, then, that we have done
anything to be accepted by God? No,
because our acquittal is not based on obeying the law.
It is based on faith. So we are made right
with God through faith and not by obeying the law.

He loves us no matter what! wow I don't know a human who would ever do this for me!
Today make sure you thank God for everything even the small things!

Day 43

Genesis 50

Joseph threw himself on his father and wept over him and kissed him. Then Joseph directed the physicians in his service to embalm his father Israel. So the physicians embalmed him, taking a full forty days, for that was the time required for embalming. And the Egyptians mourned for him seventy days.
When the days of mourning had passed, Joseph said to Pharaoh’s court, “If I have found favor in your eyes, speak to Pharaoh for me. Tell him, ‘My father made me swear an oath and said, “I am about to die; bury me in the tomb I dug for myself in the land of Canaan.” Now let me go up and bury my father; then I will return.’”
Pharaoh said, “Go up and bury your father, as he made you swear to do.”
So Joseph went up to bury his father. All Pharaoh’s officials accompanied him—the dignitaries of his court and all the dignitaries of Egypt— besides all the members of Joseph’s household and his brothers and those belonging to his father’s household. Only their children and their flocks and herds were left in Goshen. Chariots and horsemen also went up with him. It was a very large company.
When they reached the threshing floor of Atad, near the Jordan, they lamented loudly and bitterly; and there Joseph observed a seven-day period of mourning for his father. When the Canaanites who lived there saw the mourning at the threshing floor of Atad, they said, “The Egyptians are holding a solemn ceremony of mourning.” That is why that place near the Jordan is called Abel Mizraim.
So Jacob’s sons did as he had commanded them: They carried him to the land of Canaan and buried him in the cave in the field of Machpelah, near Mamre, which Abraham had bought along with the field as a burial place from Ephron the Hittite. After burying his father, Joseph returned to Egypt, together with his brothers and all the others who had gone with him to bury his father.
Joseph Reassures His Brothers
When Joseph’s brothers saw that their father was dead, they said, “What if Joseph holds a grudge against us and pays us back for all the wrongs we did to him?”  So they sent word to Joseph, saying, “Your father left these instructions before he died:‘This is what you are to say to Joseph: I ask you to forgive your brothers the sins and the wrongs they committed in treating you so badly.’ Now please forgive the sins of the servants of the God of your father.” When their message came to him, Joseph wept.
His brothers then came and threw themselves down before him. “We are your slaves,” they said.
But Joseph said to them, “Don’t be afraid. Am I in the place of God? You intended to harm me, but God intended it for good to accomplish what is now being done, the saving of many lives. So then, don’t be afraid. I will provide for you and your children.” And he reassured them and spoke kindly to them.
The Death of Joseph
Joseph stayed in Egypt, along with all his father’s family. He lived a hundred and ten years and saw the third generation of Ephraim’s children. Also the children of Makir son of Manasseh were placed at birth on Joseph’s knees.
Then Joseph said to his brothers, “I am about to die. But God will surely come to your aid and take you up out of this land to the land he promised on oath to Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.” And Joseph made the Israelites swear an oath and said, “God will surely come to your aid, and then you must carry my bones up from this place.”
So Joseph died at the age of a hundred and ten. And after they embalmed him, he was placed in a coffin in Egypt.

Today remember you'll get no were if you leave your faith AT HOME!
If Joseph would have said God you stay at home I can do this on my own he would not have ever made it!

Day 42

Romans 8:1-2

Therefore, there is now no condemnation
for those who are in Christ Jesus,
because through Christ Jesus the law
of the Spirit who gives life has set you
free from the law of sin and death.

Wow I think this specks for itself.

just so you know what condemnation mean:

1.to express strong disapproval of; censure
2.to pronounce judicial sentence on
3.to demonstrate the guilt of: his secretive behaviour condemnedhim
4.to judge or pronounce unfit for use: that food has beencondemned
