The choice of life or Death!
Deuteronomy 30:15-20
“Now listen! Today I am giving you a
choice between life and death, between
prosperity and disaster. For I command
you this day to love the Lord your
God and to keep his commands, decrees,
and regulations by walking in his ways.
If you do this, you will live and multiply,
and the Lord your God will bless you
and the land you are about to enter and occupy.
“But if your heart turns away and you refuse to listen,
and if you are drawn away to serve and
worship other gods, then I warn you now
that you will certainly be destroyed.
You will not live a long, good life in the
land you are crossing the Jordan to occupy.
“Today I have given you the choice between
life and death, between blessings and curses.
Now I call on heaven and earth to witness the
choice you make. Oh, that you would choose life,
so that you and your descendants might live!
You can make this choice by loving the Lord
your God, obeying him, and committing yourself firmly to him.
This is the key to your life. And if you love and obey
the Lord, you will live long in the land the Lord
swore to give your ancestors Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.”

Day 40
Jesus Blesses The Children
Mark 10:14-15
"Let the children come to me.
Don't stop them!
For the Kingdom of God belongs
to those who are like these children.
I tell you the truth, anyone who
doesn't receive the Kingdom of
God like a child will never enter it!"
Who says you have to grow up?

Day 39
The temptation of Jesus
Matthew 4:1-11
Then was Jesus led up of the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted of the devil.
And when he had fasted forty days and forty nights, he was afterward an hungred.
And when the tempter came to him, he said, If thou be the Son of God, command that these stones be made bread.
But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.
Then the devil taketh him up into the holy city, and setteth him on a pinnacle of the temple,
And saith unto him, If thou be the Son of God, cast thyself down: for it is written, He shall give his angels charge concerning thee: and in their hands they shall bear thee up, lest at any time thou dash thy foot against a stone.
Jesus said unto him, It is written again, Thou shalt not tempt the Lord thy God.
Again, the devil taketh him up into an exceeding high mountain, and sheweth him all the kingdoms of the world, and the glory of them;
And saith unto him, All these things will I give thee, if thou wilt fall down and worship me.
Then saith Jesus unto him, Get thee hence, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve.
Then the devil leaveth him, and, behold, angels came and ministered unto him.
Now knowing that Jesus was once in our shoes makes me feel that I can do anything! Devil you have nothing over me!

Your beauty and love chase after me
every day of my life.

for the rest of my life.
Psalm 23:6 (NLT)
Surely your goodness and unfailing love will pursue me
all the days of my life,
and I will live in the house of the Lord
forever.
Wow 100% of God wants me not just half or a part of Him! So why do we only give him half or part of our self's?

mean a lot to me—it did. It was a beautiful
thing that you came alongside me in my troubles.
Philippians 4:13 (NLT)
For I can do everything through Christ, who gives me strength.

Admitting!
Psalm 32:1-3
Oh, what joy for those whose
disobedience is forgiven, whose sin is put out of sight!
Yes, what joy for those whose record the
Lord has cleared of guilt, whose lives are
lives in complete honesty! When I refused to
confess my sin, my body wasted away,
and I groaned all day long.

Day 31
Romans 12:2
Don't copy the behavior and customs of this world,
but let God transform you into a new person by
changing the way you think.
Then you will learn to know God's will for you,
which is good and pleasing and perfect.
We need to stop living for the world and let God show us a better way of living!

Day 30
Don't forget you Healthy relationships!
Hebrews 10:23-25
Let us hold tightly without wavering to the hope we affirm,
for God can be trusted to keep his promise.
Let us think of ways to motivate one another to acts
of love and good works. And let us not neglect our
meeting together, as some people do, but encourage
one another, especially now that the day of his return is drawing near.
Its important to keep godly people near. It will keep you strong. Church is a good example of getting with godly people! When you are hurting or feel like things are just not well its your godly friends you should call first to help and pray in numbers!

Day 29
Pray and Believe!
Mark 11:22-26
Then Jesus said to the disciples,
"Have faith in God. I tell you the truth,
you can say to this mountain, 'May you be
lifted up and thrown into the sea,'
and it will happen. But you must really
believe it will happen and have no
doubt in your heart.' I tell you, you can
pray for anything, and it will be yours.
But when you are praying, first forgive
anyone you are holding a grudge against,
so that your Father in heaven will forgive
your sins, too."
He knows what you want but wants you too ask and believe in Him to make it happen! You can't do anything without Him and stay on top!

Day 28
Ok Today I was torn between two verses so you get two today!
Teaching about Light
Matthew 5:14-16
"You are the light of the world,
like a city in a hilltop that cannot be hidden.
No one lights a lamp and then puts it under a basket.
Instead, a lamp is placed on a stand,
where it gives light to everyone in the house.
In the same way, let your good deeds shine out for all to see,
so that everyone will praise your heavenly Father."
Matthew 5:21-22
"You have heard that our ancestors were told,
'You must not murder. If you commit murder,
you are subject to judgement.' But I say,
if you are even angry with someone, you are subject to judgment!
If you call someone an idiot, you are in danger
of being brought before the court. And if you curse someone,
you are in danger of the fires of hell."
Today really is important remember that what you say and do really makes you! If you say mean things about others how do you expect them to grow? and how do you grow if you carry these feelings. No one is perfect and guess what, you are on that same list no matter the difference between the sin.
Remember you can talk life into peoples sins! you can also talk life into your and their growth, Which one is more important?

Day 27
Matthew 23:25-56
"What sorrow awaits you teachers of
religious law and you Pharisees. Hypocrites!
For you are so careful the outside of the
cup and the dish, but inside you are filthy,
full of greed and self-indulgence!
You blind Pharisee! First wash the inside of the cup,
and then the outside will become clean, too."
How many times do you start doing what is right in God's eyes but only when people aren't looking? or only when remember! If you want God in your life's you need him 100% time just as he needs you 100%. A relationship with God is just like the relationships we have in our human world, nothing is 50/50 its 100/100 you cant meet your partner at the finish line at the same time unless you both go at it 100/100. same with God you can't walk in a Godly life yet talk non-God. or talk Godly and not walk it!

Day 26
No Body Knows, or do they?
Proverbs 16:1-3
We can make our own plans,
but the Lord gives the right answer.
People may be pure in their own eyes,
but the Lord examines their motives.
Commit your actions to the Lord and
your plans will succeed.
Before you do anything think about it will this bless God or just you?

Day 25
Trusting God!
Numbers 23:18-20
This was the message Balaam delivered:
"Rise up, Balak, and listen!
Hear me, son of Zippor.
God is not man, so he does not lie.
He is not human, so he does not change his mind.
Has he ever spoken and failed to act?
Has he ever ever promised and not carried it through?
Listen, I received a command to bless;
God has blessed, and I cannot reverse it!"
You have to trust that what you ask God will do! Sit back and watch before you know it things will start happening as they need not as you want!

Day 24
Short and Sweet but to the Point!
1 John 5:21
NLT
"Dear childern, keep away from anything that might take God's place in your hearts."
KJV
Little children, keep yourselves from idols. Amen.
AMP
Little children, keep yourselves from idols (false gods)--[from anything and everything that would occupy the place in your heart due to God, from any sort of substitute for Him that would take first place in your life]. Amen (so let it be).
GW
Dear children, guard yourselves from false gods.
As a believer knowing right from wrong (sinning from not sinning) you need watch what you see, listen to what you are hearing, notice where you walk. These choices can help or hurt you!
